WEBINAR PRESENTATION

From closed deal

kickoff.

A clearer handover. A better start.Opening slide

A clear process.
A prepared presenter.

You stay involved in the content and decisions. We handle the work around them.

01

Tell us what you know.

We start with your expertise, the people you want to reach and the purpose of the session.

02

Prepare it together.

We shape the session and campaign, create the materials and rehearse with your presenter.

03

Present with support.

You share the expertise. We coordinate the speakers, production, hosting and Q&A.

04

Carry it forward.

We prepare the replay, deliver resources, follow up and review what to take into the next session.

Resources, replay and an agreed next step

Know what happens
before you go live.

A rehearsal is a chance to work through the handovers, check the materials and make the session easier to deliver.

With an agreed running order and production support, your presenter can keep their attention on the subject.

Built around
the work you know.

Software implementation partners

Help clients get more from the systems they use. A CRM partner could teach a clearer handover between sales and delivery.

Specialist B2B consultancies

Explain the decisions your clients face. A cybersecurity consultancy could walk businesses through preparing for a security review.

Expert-led businesses

Give a practical subject room to breathe. A fractional CTO could help founders think through a proposed software rebuild.

A regular place
for your expertise.

Choose a monthly or quarterly programme. We handle the preparation, promotion, production and follow-up for every session.

Discuss a single webinar

A few things
worth knowing.

Practical answers before we talk.

Do we need an existing audience?

The service is designed for businesses with existing clients, prospects, contacts or a partner audience. We plan promotion through the channels you can provide access to. Building an audience from scratch is outside the standard campaign scope. We do not guarantee attendance, leads, meetings or revenue.

What if we have never presented a webinar?

We help you structure the session and prepare to present it. Speaker coaching and rehearsal are part of the work, alongside slides and notes. You will need to contribute your expertise, take part in preparation and approve the materials.

Who provides the subject expertise?

You do. We draw on your experience through a preparation interview and your feedback on the draft materials. SessionWorks organises the content and manages the campaign, while you check its accuracy and approve it before use.

Can you work with our existing webinar and email tools?

We review your existing tools during scoping and agree the setup and access needed before work begins. We will confirm what can be supported for your campaign rather than assume a particular integration is available.

What happens after the live session?

We prepare the replay, deliver the promised resources and create separate follow-up emails for attendees and people who registered but did not attend. We agree a relevant next step and provide a performance summary with recommendations for the next session.

Can you manage a recurring programme?

Yes. We can plan and deliver a monthly or quarterly webinar programme, with connected themes and a consistent format. We agree the audience, scope, tools and responsibilities together before starting.

What could your
next webinar
teach?

Tell us about your business and your idea. We’ll discuss the audience, the scope and what it would take to bring it together.
