Your enquiry.
Handled with care.
This notice explains how SessionWorks uses personal information submitted through this website.
Last updated: 1 November 2026
What we collect
The enquiry form asks for your name, work email, company, programme interest and a short description of your webinar idea. We also record the time of submission and an enquiry reference. Please avoid including sensitive personal information or confidential client details in the form.
Why we use it
We use these details to review your enquiry, respond to you and discuss a possible engagement. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for advertising.
Where enquiries are stored
This website runs on ChatGPT Sites. Enquiries are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database associated with the Site and can be reviewed through owner-authorised Sites tools. The website has no public enquiry directory or public API for reading submissions.
The form does not send automated enquiry emails. If we respond by email, the address you provided will be used for that correspondence.
Security and spam prevention
We validate submissions and limit repeated requests. For this purpose, the server uses a short-lived hash derived from your connection address and a 15-minute time window. The enquiry database does not store your raw IP address. Expired rate-limit entries are removed when later valid submissions are processed.
The hosting platform may process technical request information to operate and secure the website.
Booking a call
When you select “Book a call”, an embedded Calendly calendar loads so you can choose a time. Calendly processes the booking details you provide and may use cookies or other technical information to operate its service. You can also open the calendar directly on Calendly.
See Calendly’s privacy notice for how it handles your information.
Cookies and analytics
We have not added advertising trackers or visitor analytics scripts. The public website does not require an account. Any technical cookies used by the hosting platform are managed by that platform.
Keeping and removing information
Enquiries are retained for manual review and follow-up. There is currently no automatic deletion schedule. You can ask us to correct or delete an enquiry, or request a copy of the information you supplied, using the enquiry form. Include your original email address and reference if you have it. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
